VHS Click for Cover Tokyo City 2 - Meruzen VVT-520 Sep 90 85 minutes. Original Video Drama starring several notable seiyuu. A very young Kappei-san rides motorbikes, helps to foil some thugs and woos an equally youthful Chisa Yokoyama.^^
VHS Click for Cover Tokyo City 3 - Shout VVT-528   60 minutes. The seiyuu crowd are back for another "Original Video Drama." This time, Kappei hangs with the thugs in this boxing-themed story.
VHS Click for Cover Tokyo City 3 - Flash VVT-529   60 minutes. Second part of Tokyo City 3. Features some hilarious Kappei slapstick, as well as an interview following the drama credits. Wee Kappei struggles with a furry but not-so-wee leashed friend during the interview.^^
VHS Click for Details Butai VVT-544   30 minutes. Kappei-san recreates the story of Gauche the Cellist, based on a popular children's story by Kenji Miyazawa. The story is about the personal growth of a young musician; his experiences and friendship with animals which help him grow as a person and a musician. Kappei-san's monodrama includes portrayal of human and animal roles.^^
CD3 Click for Details Rollin' TYDY-5147 Oct 90 This one definitely has the sound of the late-80s and early 90s. The first track is sung in a lower register than many of Kappei's other songs. Each track improves on the last; the final song is a sweet ballad. Collectors should look for a copy which still includes the original lyric sheet and photo inserts. BOX Click for Details Kappei Yamaguchi V.A.B.C MEVH-65001 1991 Set includes a fully animated VHS video, CD3, lyric sheet, audio tape & "handsomely designed" photo booklet. All tracks on the CD3 are also included on the 1995 CD, Kappei Yamaguchi Mini Best. The photo booklet is often omitted in online auctions - look for a complete set. (Click cover to see more photos.)
